I was born in Barcelona (Catalonia, Spain) in 1969. Now I live in Arenys de Mar, a village near the sea. I am passionate about nature, sharing in community, authentic movement and natural health. I live life as a continuous learning.

I make conscious accompaniments with all the resources that have served me in my life: acupuncture, Chinese medicine, physical and energetic exercises, Tibetan yogas, intentional creativity with mandalas and painting, essential oils, natural remedies.

As I love natural remedies and nature, I created in 2021 in my town’s local radio a program called El Cau de la Bruixa Verda (Green Witch’s Hen / Hut) in Catalan where I can mix remedies, creativity, interviews, songs, wheel of the year, women’s health and books.

I am optimistic and I like to enjoy the little things in life.

I love to travel and get to know cultures, people and their languages. I studied Translation and Interpreting in Modern Languages in a Eurolink Exchange (life changing as well) for three years, one each in a different university: Barcelona, Rennes (France) and Bristol (UK).

I am dedicated to teaching old and new techniques to apply them in everyday life to preserve health and energize, so that everyone has their own resources to find themselves and take care of their own health and personal well-being: the best doctor is you.

In this teaching, I am only a transmitter/channel of these gems that I have received and integrated. I have specialized in female health and energies in all phases of life.

I am convinced that changes start with oneself and that in this way we can form healthier and well-advanced communities, cooperating and exchanging energy to support each other in a new way of living and living together.

In 2016, I discovered Julia Cameron’s book, The Artist’s Way: A Spiritual Path to Higher Creativity, and I started experiencing with creativity and looking for resources to open up and be more confident in drawing and self-expression.

I happen to find by chance a Mandala Magic workshop at that time, where Julie was giving a whole week free to experience with mandala.

For me, it was a turning point, the way she was delivering the content was so authentic and easy to follow, that I empowered myself that I could draw as well!

The Philosophy: everything you do is your self-expression, so it’s perfect.

I learned about materials to be used, circles, mandalas… and felt at ease connecting with that. Moreover, it was not only about drawing, it was much more… how I could connect, speak, reflect from my drawings and journaling. How my soul could express through my mandalas.

I was so excited that from that free workshop, I started following her in any workshop or activity she was offering…

I started connecting with the meaning of mandala as the expression and voice of my soul, giving “me-time” to create and pause from daily life, connecting with the different seasons and celebrations of the Earth, aligning and honouring the eight celebrations of the Earth through journaling and mandala making, doing collage to manifest my wishes…

I followed the Great Round of Mandala, my first experience with Julie, connecting with Jung and the different phases of life throughout the year. This was one of my favourite courses.

I started mainly copying exactly what Julie did and suggested to do, but little by little finding a little more freedom as I was having more trust in my self-expression. It was about accepting whatever I was drawing in my page as enough and perfect.

No judgement, no comparisons… and this, you can believe me, was a real liberation and empowerment.

I don’t have expectations, I just play around with art making and writing, with a child’s eyes, so I can express myself with pleasure and joy. At the same time, I can use it to express my emotions such as anger and sorrow.

With the Mandala Days program, Julie was pushing us ahead to that process of finding our own art and creative patterns, this was challenging because when you don’t have a reference to follow or copy, it’s like you find yourself without “words” and not knowing what to do, with plenty of insecurity…

So starting was the best medicine, just start drawing, outlining, writing… just start!

As I am a Green Witch, I love the Alignment program to follow the Wheel of the Year with the mandalas and journaling—it’s precious to start each season pausing, celebrating and preparing for the new energy unfolding before us in community.

I love the best as well the Ceilidh meetings with people around the world, just gathering around to produce some creative material and share, it is always nourishing and inspiring in my life. The subjects are very related to our present times and issues that we face… as the earth depletion, anti-racism issues or women and life… a moment of beautiful sharing.

One of my favourite practices that I do around the year several times is THE MANIFESTING MANDALA collage, this is something I can do to set my energy and intentions for a new period ahead in my moment of the year, usually in the beginning of the year but as well for the different seasons.

Then I apply the basics of the Mandala Magic process that Julie recommends in three steps: preparing material, ritual and reflecting on what we want to create, doing the creation with all our mindfulness and finally, reflecting on the result.

As for the manifestation mandala, I always have my mandala around after creating it, very near—it’s like a 3D creature that day after day gives me more information.

What I like about the Mandala Magic School is how Julie always delivers such authentic and meaningful material to work with. Julie herself for me is very inspiring with all the nature and travelling videos she shares, I feel transported to those fields and that season of the year at home.

I like playing with colour, circles and spirals. The circle and spirals are essential symbols in my life: circle of seasons, circle of life—for me, the circle and spiral mean something always in progress and in movement.

I love mandalas with geometric patterns because they always surprise me with the result.

And I love collage with words, images, and patterns. I am collecting different leaflets, tea envelopes, wine labels, magazines, books and wrapping paper that I like here and there, so I have some material prepared for collaging… so just look around you in your daily life and there are so many images to collect!

I created a Creativity Trolley at home with all my tools and materials to be ready to paint or draw.

Mandala Magic and Julie inspire me a lot—whenever starting a process I like to have a nice tea prepared, a candle, some beautiful music and my art material.

Sometimes I have my material ready and start doing, without thinking too much, to avoid not giving myself the time to create because I have other work to do!

It’s meaningful time I dedicate to myself and my creativity. It feels good, I recover that girl’s spirit of creating without judgement and just enjoy the process. I feel in an active meditation when engaging with the mandala process.

The moment we stop and see where we are and what we need are so important in life.

I have incorporated mandalas into retreats and creative activities and I lead a shared mandala practice. We can talk to each other and share what we see in our mandalas and after, the other’s mandalas.

I use mandala time as meditation as well.

Just do it, start where you are, copy, create, and have fun in the process. The outcome is not so interesting than the process.

Breathe and write whatever you need. It’s your page, just conquer it, start drawing… and keep learning from nature, people, surroundings, books, videos…. anything that inspires you.

Don’t judge the result, it’s enough, it’s your self-expression… so it’s perfect how it is.

The Mandala Facebook group is so inspiring and sharing is really a very generous gesture.

It’s beautiful to see how one prompt can be delivered in so many ways!

When I am sharing I feel I can give space to express in words what had no form before, so it’s meaningful and helps me elaborate my art.

For me, Mandala Magic is a community, inspiration and a process to connect with my creativity, nature and life.
